South River Farm Campground offers a relaxed, family-friendly camping experience along the Shenandoah River in Front Royal, Virginia.
Whether you’re pulling in with an RV, pitching a tent, or staying in one of our furnished stargazing yurts, our goal is simple: give guests a peaceful place to unplug, explore, and enjoy the outdoors.
We currently offer full-hookup RV sites, tent sites, and furnished yurt stays. Guests have access to river areas, common grills, bathhouse facilities, outdoor showers, fire pits, picnic areas, walking paths, and shared outdoor spaces throughout the campground.
Our RV sites include water, sewer, and electric hookups. Tent sites are great for guests who want a more traditional camping experience. Our stargazing yurts offer a more comfortable glamping-style stay with beds, solar lighting, hammocks, fire pits, and picnic tables.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to respect neighboring campsites, keep lights downward-facing, and enjoy the campground in a way that keeps the experience peaceful for everyone.
